Terms of Service

1. What Voilit Is

Voilit is a personal digital wallet for storing and managing gift card information. Voilit is not a gift card issuer, reseller, or financial institution. We do not hold funds, process payments, or facilitate transfers. We store information you provide and display it back to you.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Voilit.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You may hold one account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

Voilit is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Store gift cards you do not own or have no authorization to manage
• Use Voilit to facilitate gift card fraud, theft, or money laundering
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or make automated requests to the service
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

4. Gift Card Information Accuracy

You are solely responsible for entering accurate gift card details and balances. Voilit does not connect to merchant systems or verify balances with retailers. We display only what you enter. Discrepancies between your stored balance and a retailer's actual balance are not our responsibility.

5. Affiliate Links

Some links in the app connect to retailers and are affiliate links. Clicking them may earn Voilit a small commission at no cost to you. We only link to legitimate, authorized retailers. We are not responsible for the content, pricing, or policies of external sites.

6. No Warranty

Voilit is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free availability
• That stored balances will match merchant records
• Protection against gift card fraud, skimming, or merchant non-acceptance
• Fitness for any particular purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voilit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost balances, fraudulent use of gift cards, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. As Voilit is currently free, this amount is $0.00.

8. Intellectual Property

Brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed in Voilit belong to their respective owners. Voilit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer. The Voilit name, design, and application code are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of Voilit without written permission.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be purged in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last revised” date when we do. Continued use of Voilit after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
